Dan is responsible for the management of the development firm. Dan has 30 years of professional experience in managing the day-to-day operations of multi-family development activities. Dan spent nine years as Managing Director of Urban Housing Group (a Marcus and Millichap Company) and 15 years at the Sares-Regis Group as VP of Construction and VP of Residential Development. Dan received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University.

Andrew McGuinness
Andrew supports all aspects of the firm’s current and future development projects, including market and financial analysis, land acquisition, due diligence, consultant coordination, entitlements, investment and offering memorandum preparation, construction oversight, leasing, and marketing.
Before joining Olympic Residential Group, Andrew spent five years working in investment sales at Institutional Property Advisors. Andrew received his BSc in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Adam Tetenbaum
Adam is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day development management as well as strategic initiatives and new business for the company. Adam previously worked at Greystar, where he managed numerous successful entitlement and development projects.
Adam completed an MBA at Columbia Business School and BSc from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
