17-acre Master Plan development located directly adjacent to the Lawrence Caltrain Station in Sunnyvale, CA. Olympic worked with the landowner to redevelop the site for new ownership and rental housing, and to enable better usage of transit in accordance with the Lawrence Station Area Plan. The site programming incorporates significant community open space and bicycle & pedestrian corridors, promoting walkability and active connections between the various uses. Olympic successfully entitled the Master Plan in February 2019. The apartment project, now known as Hartwood, was completed in December 2024.
