Transit-oriented community within a few blocks of Lawrence Station Caltrain station. Olympic worked closely with the City of Sunnyvale by serving as a member of the Lawrence Station Area Plan (LSAP) Community Advisory Group that shaped the vision of the LSAP. Leading development activities from site feasibility through final design of the community, Olympic achieved entitlements for the development in January 2017. The project was completed in early 2021.
