Developer / Sponsor for 412-unit, transit-oriented apartment community located directly adjacent to the Lawrence Caltrain Station in Sunnyvale, CA. To promote transit usage, the project provides a public plaza and other bicycle and pedestrian walkways leading to the Caltrain Station. The development also offers significant amenities to residents, including a roof top pool deck and fitness area, café, yoga room, co-working and social lounges, and multiple outdoor courtyards. Construction was completed in December 2024.
