3905 Freedom Circle

General Plan Amendment and Re-zoning to Planned Development to develop a mixed-use community on a 13.3 acre site within the Freedom Circle Focus Plan Area. Leading development activities from site feasibility, programming, community engagement through design, Olympic worked closely with the community and City of Santa Clara to secure Master Plan and Project entitlements in June 2022. The project will include 1,075 residential units with 1,413 parking spaces, up to 2,000 square feet of commercial space with 10 parking spaces, and a 2-acre public park.
