Project Description:13-story mixed-use development with 193 apartments located in the rapidly revitalizing Mid-Market corridor of San Francisco. Olympic led the design team to to reprogram and optimize the building for constructability and resident experience, and then managed the project through construction and lease-up. The building, which includes 26 on-site Below Market Rate units and 5,500 SF of retail, opened in January 2022.
