Mixed-use urban infill development located in Downtown Berkeley. After overcoming significant environmental hurdles, Olympic led the project team through programing, design, and successful entitlements including a density bonus. As the Development Principal, Olympic managed the development through Construction Drawings, GMP agreement, financing, construction, and lease-up. Construction was completed in 2017.
