Transit-oriented mixed-use development within one block of San Antonio Caltrain station. Leading development activities from site feasibility, programming, community engagement through design, Olympic worked closely with the community and City of Mountain View to secure Master Plan and Project entitlements in June 2018. The community is an important bike and pedestrian link to Caltrain centered by a one-acre public open space within the project. The project is anticipated to deliver in 2022.
